A dazzling ode to modernity in Lake Tahoe, this brand new private estate sits equidistant from downtown Incline Village and Lake Tahoe. Built by award winning architects and designers, this 4 bed/5.5 bath home is perfect for families and friends. This modern condo on Village Blvd. is centrally located to all there is to do during the summer or the nearby North Star, Squaw or Diamond Peak resorts for sking in the winter.
Just a short walk to Lake Tahoe and Incline Beach, one block from delicious restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, local breweries, and Starbucks.
After a day out return to the fully equipped, grand chef's kitchen to cook a fabulous meal, or have cocktails before eating out. For nights at home, cozy up by the fireplace, and use the top notch theater room and game room (ping pong tables, puzzles, and games) or enjoy a long soak in one of the houses multiple soaking tubs. In the summer: a retractable glass wall opens up to a large walk out deck that overlooks an enclosed yard with mature Alpines, Pines, and Fir trees, which is a fabulous spot for an afternoon of cocktails and croquette (or a snowball fight in the winter). Bedroom #2 is a downstairs King with en suite bath/shower with beautiful back yard views. Bedroom #3 is also downstairs, very private with a full bath w/shower directly across the hall. Bedroom #4 is upstairs off the kitchen hall. It has a queen memory foam sleeper sofa and it's own bath directly across the hall. Beautiful Incline Village Condo

I brought my family here for a vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed staying on this property. It is absolutely gorgeous with high end finishes. It is very spacious-we especially enjoyed playing lots of ping pong and watching movies in the movie theater. It is ideally located in the heart of North Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend staying here. Craig, the manager was extremely responsive as well. It was an all around enjoyable trip!

Great place for a family vacay!

The property was fantastic, the house was fantastic, very modern amenities. Very clean, very quiet. There is an elevator, and while wheelchair access was doable, there were no grab bars and some spots were quite narrow for maneuverability of wheelchairs.

Condo Review

Beautiful property with ample room for the 8 adults that stayed the week. Couple of minor points: Found miscellaneous items, including expired medical items, in bathrooms and closet drawers, that look like they have been there for quite some time. We did, for safety, remove what medications we found and discarded accordingly. Master closet has three drawers filled with old miscellaneous hangers, closet within master closet too full to allow someone to store their empty bags/suitcases. Kitchen…pantry pullouts and refrigerator contained food items, opened and unopened, that were left by prior renters, which were expired and should’ve been discarded. Faucets for both kitchen sinks need repair/replacement. Master bedroom…Cobwebs in ceiling corners , ceiling fan not functioning properly, unbalanced, dirty fan blades. Pillows are old, thin, in need of replacement. Office…ceiling fan unbalanced with dirty fan blades. No sheet set for use on pullout bed. Laundry area…closet contains expired medical items, as well as items which need to be discarded. Deck and yard…unkept overall. We cleaned the deck and grill, however, would like to suggest the materials under the deck and along the side of the property be removed to make the property more appealing to renters. Theatre room…musty smell coming from storage closet, closet filled with old household items and toys that may need to be discarded/removed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, we would suggest the property owners take the time to clear out all personal property and items in cabinets/closets, that are accessible to guests which would make the property more appealing. We would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful condo - great location!

This is a lovely place with everything one would need! Craig was so responsive -- quick to answer every question before and during our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked - it was a great place for our family to gather. The deck was beautiful and the back yard was great for our little ones. It's a short walk to many restaurants and the beach.

Chic, comfortable and convenient

This condo is straight out of Architectural Digest. Very modern, tasteful and comfortable. Everything is top of the line. The kitchen is amazing. It is situated just a few blocks from the lake and is very convenient to restaurants, hiking, and golf ( and skiing but we were there in the summer).. Our family, which included three young children had a wonderful stay. The property manger is very responsive and made everything easy. I highly recommend this property.
