spectacular views

The most amazing part were the views from each of three levels of the Lake and the mountain range behind it. Woke up in the middle of the night to see the moon and it's refection on the lake. Breathtaking

Clean, well equipped, and comfortable place a short drive away from restaurants and shops in Incline Village! The stunning lake views from the balconies were our favorite!

Graduation Trip

This was our oldest sons graduation trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of Lake Tahoe was perfect. Good quality time as a family.

Lacked soul

This property could be so much more. It feels like a stale hotel. The kitchen lacks amenities, the decor has no feel, the furniture is gross… it just isn’t nice for the price. Moreover, the lower level master bedroom is absolutely frigid. There is not a good way to heat it, and it was so cold in the middle of the night we had to move up a level and sleep in single beds. Views are incredible, Vacasa made it easy to get in and out, but I would not recommend this place for the money spent. Many better options in Incline.

Great summer getaway with a beautiful view

The property was exactly as expected and had all of the amenities needed for a week away. It was lovely to sit in the living room each morning and stare at the lake. The layout was perfect for adult children, giving us all our individual space. My only criticism is that the property wasn’t super clean. It hadn’t been dusted in a while and a random utensil and beer bottle was found in/off one of the bedrooms. The bed linens also could have been cleaner, and the towels were not very soft.

The views were absolutely amazing from each of the three levels of the house. We loves the views. The Property was great for the most part except a few things that could be fixed (1) Our master bed appeared to have a lump in the middle, (2) the TV was very complicated to work so I gave up after trying, (3) there was no access provided to the Incline Village and when I called customer services, someone answered the phone after half an hour or more and had no clue about what I was talking about. Instead, directed my to a link to purchase access to the gym which is not what I wanted, (4) need to make sure all the power outlets work and at least one didn't, (5) the shower door in one of the bathrooms was not properly fixed and was wobbly, (6) not enough lighting in the kitchen, (7) the pots and pens were dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned. All of these are minor issues which should have been taken care by the maintenance and they were not. Otherwise, the property was really nice and we enjoyed our time.

Beautiful, comfortable, and everything we needed!

We had such a great stay here! The house was super clean, everything worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our trip. The view of the lake is gorgeous—such a peaceful spot to relax and take it all in. We also loved finding the chess/checkers game and had fun playing in the evenings. It’s those little touches that made it feel extra cozy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-stocked place to stay in Incline Village. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

180 degree view at Lake Tahoe!

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. Great sleeping in the master bedroom with the window open, listening to the lake. You could hear the sound of soothing waves throughout the space. Dad's favorites: the wood-burning fireplace and excellent collection of jazz vinyl records that we listened to. Mom's favorite: the magnifying mirror in the bathroom :) The separate thermostats made it easy to adjust temperature for each person's space. Main recommendation - don't shower while running the laundry if you like warm showers :( The location was great for easy grocery shopping options and souvenirs. We LOVED sunset at Bonsai Rock a short drive away.

Lake Tahoe 2024

The property is in great location minutes away from Sand Harbor. It was a great view to the lake. The down side was check-in process was a bit of a headache. I was given the wrong code to door, and not provided with the lock box key. I had to call and get this, luckily I had reception. The other negative was the screen doors for the main balcony doors were broken and I found my self trying to fix them. Not fun when it's 93 degrees and you don't have screen doors and mosquitoes are entering the living space. I called to report it and was given that a response that someone would come out, no one came. So, at night we had to close the glass doors and go down stairs where it was cooler. Furthermore, there isn't a grill in the patio, while the other properties had grill in the patios. To property owners, I would like to say. Fix your screen doors, send correct check-in codes, main bedroom downstairs bath tub needs to be replaced. Also, add a grill in your outdoor patio. You have a great view. The reason I booked your property was because of the view. I wanted to grill and relax after exploring Lake Tahoe with that view. Instead we had to cook inside and keep the glass doors closed because the sliding screen doors where missing and didn't want mosquitoes inside. I can't say our stay was horrible, nor the greatest. It was just fair, In my honest opinion.

Beautiful home, but could be better

The homes view was top notch. The house itself was nice and fun. The check in took an hour because the key pad code was wrong and property management did not have correct code. Sound carries through the house making putting a baby down difficult as people walk around upstairs. Something was hitting the walls or roof in the wind and made sleep difficult. The kitchen did not have a spatula or scissors. The trash cans in the garage were still full from previous renter. Ice outside the property made loading and unloading a little tricky.

We had a fabulous time here . The townhome is very clean and comfy. The location and views are top notch. Checking in and out went very smoothly. We were even offered a later check out time which we happily agreed to . We can’t wait to come back next year.

Amazing views

Very comfortable. The views are incredible. I did wish they had tv in master. It is 3 stories. Lots of stairs. Not for handicapped or hard to go up and down stairs. It had all you need. We were in same location 25 yrs ago but different unit. It still the best views around.

What a view!

We loved our stay in Incline Village. The home is beautifully situated on the side of the mountain in such a way that you can see your neighbors when on the deck but ahead of you is just an amazing view of Incline Village below & Lake Tahoe. It was warm when we arrived but once we opened up the house & let the mountain breeze blow through, we found it to be very comfortable- even with the heat advisory we were under during our stay. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with the basics we needed for our stay. Having the washer & dryer was a great bonus as well as we were in the middle of a 2 week adventure. Our one main complaint was the screen doors. The top level (living/kitchen) and the bottom level (master suite) both have two huge, beautiful sliding doors & screen doors to allow the breeeze through the house (since there is no a/c). Unfortunately they are damaged & constantly fell off the tracks, even when my husband & I used them carefully. He was able to put them back on the tracks but it was frustrating & also allowed lots of bugs in the house because they don’t close properly even when they are on the tracks. We mentioned to the property manager & they were planning to address that so hopefully future guests won’t have that issue.

Incline Village

This property is beautiful, the views are amazing. We had great family time while we were there. Would totally stay there again. The actual property manager Sean is great to work with. They were working on the driveway, resealing it and there was confusion with the Vacasa agent as to whether or not we would be able to come and go. Sean assured me we would not have any problems and we did not:):) He was prompt in responding and very kind. This area of Lake Tahoe has a lot to offer as far as things to do and places to eat. Great location. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful View!

This property had a beautiful view of North Lake Tahoe. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck in the early morning sipping coffee and listening to the creek flowing below. There was an issue with one of the showers and I was informed of this on the day of check-in and given the opportunity to either switch properties or accept a small refund for the inconvenience. It was fixed on the last full day of our rental. Communication with the property manager was easy.
