"Staff where nice enough, police turned up twice due to homeless people sleeping in hotel, obviously a lot of people who are living in hotel and organising there own breakfast buffet for other live ins, obvious drug deals and other seedy dealings going on. Car had an American flag representing police force removed from the back of his car (a sticker) due to the type of individuals living there. Needs a huge clean up and ice to go through it "

"The staff was amazing. The rooms are in need of an update. The mattresses were very worn and extremely hard."

"There was never enough hot water to take a shower. There were two of us in the room and one got about 6 minutes of hot water and then the second person got no hot water. Ridiculous. The people above us sounded like they were bowling. And although the property is no -smoking, it wasn't enforced."

"This hotel was stunning, absolutely perfect. The gym photos do not give it justice. Large, extremely clean and great variety. Staff was helpful and friendly. Extremely clean. The poop was beautiful but I disliked there was no hot tub, such a bummer."
