“The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste.……

“What an amazing venue! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. “The hou8se itself was extremely clean. And our host was extremely easy to contact. The house did have an ant infestation and we paid quite a bit of money for the property to have a pool, only to get there and the pool be almost disguisting. There were dead leaves and dirt on the bottom of the entire pool. I understand that the house is supposed to be completely accesible and it just didnt feel like we got a fair shake dealing with you guys.”

“We were in College Station for a wedding and needed a place for our family to stay. The house is new, super clean, and has everything you would need.
