"We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It's obvious that a lot of care and intention has gone into making it a comfortable, inviting, and cared for space. It was incredibly peaceful and nearly silent, except for the sound of the river which amounts to a natural white noise machine. We look forward to returning later this year. "

"Beautiful property, nicely set up with everything you need. The view is wonderful! You do have to crouch to get to the top floor, my husband and I are tall so it was a bit tricky. Not as secluded as we thought with neighbors close by. The hot tub with a view was fantastic. "

"Everything was very nice—the building, the yard, and the mountain and lake views.The only issue, considering the cold weather, was the shortage of blankets and bedding.The beds were full-size, which made them a bit tight for two people.Taking those full-size beds into account, the total sleeping capacity was for ten people. Since we were eleven—including a combination of heavy adults and a child—we had some difficulty with sleeping arrangements.Overall, however, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.The host was welcoming and easy to reach out . "A great stay near Index. This is our 3rd time to Index in the last couple of years. So amazing!The A-Frame was a great little spot right on the banks with easy access to the river. The cottage was cozy and small. The propane fire place definitely kept it warm inside. Great water pressure and having a water heater is always nice. The spiral staircase up to the loft can be a little tricky and tight. But manageable!Had a problem with the hot tub on the first day. Communication was super quick to resolve the issue. However, with our carrier and no WiFi. We had to head into town to communicate. Great stay. Would recommend! "

"This is a great location, awesome cabin. Overlooking the Skykomish River and surrounded by impossibly steep snowy mountains. Definitely a place we'd like to return toOnly downside was that the hot tub was ice cold when we arrived and not set up properly. A little disappointing after a long day in the snow to realize that hot tub you were looking forward to is freezing as you are. We got it going eventually though and had a nice soak the next afternoon while gazing at the snowy peaks"

"This place is like staying in a public restroom. It is uninviting, smells like smoke and cheap cleaning chemicals, uneven floors, fluorescent lights. Not sure what I expected, but now I know."
