“It’s in the urban square mall and perfect for industrial visits as sukher is a marble market also suited for a swift trip to Nathdwara …Starbucks is in the mall and many more eating options”

“One star for allowing check-in at 7:00 am (that is also after a lot of argument) The second star is for AC (AC was working). The approach road is not good. (can be ignored) But the bathroom was not clean. The room is OK. It is not recommended for aliens to India. ”

“Rohit and staff did an excellent job during our stay for Kumbh.. they even served hot dinner on the night that we were late coming back to the hotel after sightseeing at the Mela.”

“Good stay. But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk……

“We had a wonderful stay at Ganesh Palace! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making the experience even more pleasant. The location is a major highlight—just a short distance from the temple and Dr. Abdul Kalam’s house, making it perfect for those visiting these iconic places. "We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
