We enjoyed our stay. Location, cleanliness., staff was great. Our room was the Sunset room, and unfortunately you could not see sunset as described. This did not take away anything from our stay. The ocean was short walk from place, and we thoroughly enjoyed walk on the beach every morning. We even saw an evening rocket launch which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Windemere Inn was fabulous! The rooms were beautifully arranged and spotless. There were common areas with activities for the guests. Kim, Amanda, Marilyn and the others were wonderful as well. If there was anything you needed they were more than happy to see that you were taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the area. Breakfasts were delicious and could be
altered if you had any dietary restrictions or preferences.

We would give Windemere Inn by the Sea a rating far above 5 stars. The location was great, our room was decorated perfectly (totally my style), very comfortable bed, very clean and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The bathroom provided lotion, mouthwash, makeup remover, in addition to the normal items. They would "refresh" your room daily if desired. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning. Always a fresh fruit bowl with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, diced apples, and strawberries. One morning was frittatas, toast, and bacon, another was special waffles and turkey sausage, another day was french toast. All was DELICIOUS! There were also various cereals to choose from, homemade muffins or pastries, bananas, coffee and tea. The breakfast room was very quaint and inviting. It was on the small side which invited conversation between everyone dining. We met so many people from all over the country. During the day there were homemade chocolate chip cookies and packs of chips to snack on. Loved the vibe. The staff was beyond helpful, friendly and so very nice. Kim, the manager, Marilyn and Luke were great and fun to talk to. The deck with chairs was overlooking the ocean and only steps from the units. Great place to relax, have a drink, and watch the sunrise or the waves and marine life. The beach wasn't populated. Windemere is the perfect place for a quiet and romantic retreat. We were so blessed to have found it.

It’s incredible that my husband and I found this charming, beautiful, clean and friendly inn to stay at that is right on the ocean! In fact you have private access to one of the best beaches! On our night walks we even saw sea turtles. I’m extremely picky about where I stay and this is now officially our home away from home for an amazing ocean getaway. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and provide the best breakfasts. If you want a relaxing and private vacation spot with access to shopping and amazing dining experiences, this is your place!

Lovely Beach Getaway
Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing beach Bed n Breakfast. Room 10 is the best with covered patio. Breakfasts were delicious. Soda, coffee, brandy and snacks offered throughout the day. Bed very comfortable. Room is well appointed. Great stay!

Kim and her staff do an excellent job of maintaining the Inn. They are friendly. helpful and make their wealth of information about good places to eat and local events available to guests. Our visits with them are always amazing. The staff go above and beyond every time we are there. The breakfast is amazing and their staff is second to none! We had an unusual situation on this visit and they came through for us with flying colors. They are like family!

Loved this bed and breakfast stay for a nice weekend for my husband and I. Nice short walk to a beautiful beach, able to walk to restaurants and shops (or very short drive). Easy parking. Delicious breakfast each morning, snacks available during the day and refrigerator for anyone to use in main dining room. Would definitely stay there again!

Staying at the Windemere is a truly exceptional, five star experience! Kim, the inn keeper, was an amazing hostess, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. Windemere by the sea was better than advertised. Kim and all the staff were attentive and available with any needs. Homemade, fresh breakfast everyday. Very good service.
