“We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.”

“We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. “Three couple stayed one night before getting on the cruise ship. The house was fine for our quick stay.”

“This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach……

“it is so charming and what was once a private residence was divided into different cottages with use of common areas. really liked it and i was happy to not be in a hotel with noisy guests other people but quiet would reccomend this place. was relaxing”

“We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. More on the house; super clean, tons of towels, all the utensils u will need, beds were comfortable , bbq was great, quiet neighborhood, pool was big, and jacuzzi was nice. Also has great……

“The house is wonderful. It was too big for the 2 of us. Nice location to do things we wanted to do. It was chilly in the house as the heat was not an option. The weather was cooler than normal. We did get a response and were able to do temporary heat test which helped but only lasted a short amount of time. There was half of a burrito left in the microwave. Not sure how long that was that there. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. I prefer hand towels to paper towels. More……

“My family of 5 (Mom, Dad, 2 Teens, 1 Tween) enjoyed our 5 weekday stay here for Spring Break in March, 2024. The area is quite without much to do but enjoy nature. We spent time at the beach, pool and played in the onsite Game Room. We visited Sebastian Inlet and paddle boarded/kayaked at Honest John’s Fish Camp for $5 each. Watched a rocket launch and visited some surf shops along with a few roadside nature centers/museums. There is a Publix near by which made feeding the family easier from……

“Had an awsome weekend with my family at this property. Very convient location and we were able to get to the beach within a short time. There was lots to do close by with all kind of restaurants. The house had enough space for everyone and my kids enjoyed playing ping pong on the back patio. Would recommend this place and will come back later in the future.”
