「INCREDIBLE! There was actually another place we were wanting to stay in Santa Fe but it wasn’t available and we came here instead and I’m so glad we did! It was PERFECT for a family with small kids. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is really great, drivable to everything you would want to do in Santa Fe. If we ever stop back through this time this is where we will be staying again!」

「The ambiance of the hotel was charming--felt intimate and friendly and had all the amenities. Hotel is just off the plaza so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We treated ourselves to a king bed room with a fireplace in the separate living room. Upon request a staff member came and started a fire, which was lovely on cool evenings. There is a small bar attached to the hotel with a pizza maker serving up delicious fresh pizza. The rooms were spacious and clean, though bathroom a bit dated.」

「This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.」
