“The property was perfect for our family to visit our son at college. It is close to everything. It was well decorated and nicely renovated. The communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely consider staying again on future visits. ”

“Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.”

“It was very comfortable for our long weekend. Plenty of cookware. The house is on a nice quiet street. It was very convenient to the Sports Complex and restaurants. Oh...and an ice maker is a definite plus, for me anyway! Kim was very responsive and made check in and out easy! We will definitely stay again next time we're in Matthews, NC.”
