The Landing sent me an excessive amount of security forms, which is fine, but I was unable to provide a facial recognition, as I am not the employee residing at the location. I tried relaying that, but the email was "no reply." The email clearly stated that if this wasn't completed, the reservation would be cancelled, but here we are asking how my "stay" was.....
