The Staff was exceptional, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, I'd stay again and recommend for others If I HAD to come up with an area of improvement, all I can actually think of is that the fixtures/lighting/outlets/electrical devices could be more modern... But that's really the only improvement I can think of, everything was far beyond acceptable, I had a great stay

Staff was fantastic - friendly, well trained, pros that are good at their job. The property and rooms are very dated, but clean and quiet. If I need to stay in Martinsville again, I'll stay at the Best Western.

Great stay!!

I enjoy staying there. They are very friendly, keep our room clean and Aldena went out of her way to help us. She needs a raise!! I’m not sure I spelled her name right but she had an accent and she is a wonderful! Person.

It’s a nice little hotel, great people working there, rooms were clean, continental breakfast was great. It was a little strange circumventing the property to go through a neighborhood, no way to the highway? And where was the elevator?

Great for the Price

We stayed for a bicycle race in a neighboring town. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They had breakfast ready early since so many guests were leaving early for the race. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was AMAZING! Great experience for a good price.

The stay was excellent. The room was pleasant with plenty of amenities at the price point. The continental breakfast was simple but good and the coffee was very good. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. Only small issue I had was with the toilet flushing on the first day, but it was fixed by room service and all went well.

The Best Western Martinsville Inn was conveniently located and although an older hotel it has been recently renovated. Very clean with large, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Although breakfast choices weren't extensive there were hot and cold items as well as waffles and the hot items were different each day of our stay. The only downside was that the internet connection was not good. However, that was only a minor inconvenience for us.

I wasn't there long. But check in was very nice. I really liked the receptionist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention, nice to look at. I didn't get her name. The room was very clean. I did not like the soft water. Taking a shower was not enjoyable. If you have a water softener, you should turn it down some. I used way more water trying to rinse off the soap than I use for 3 showers. You should rethink that.
