Great staff. Overpriced.

Staff was nice. Lobby and pool were nice and clean. The room was a little dingy and had a mildew smell. I know hotels aren’t cheap anymore but it was 130 plus tax for the night. Same as holiday inn express. It didn’t have light, clean holiday inn feeling. Had more like a days or red roof inn feeling. Had it been 90 or 100 bucks a night, the condition would have been expected.

The place is need of a remodel. The housekeeping of the hallways needs improvement. The toilet needs to flush better in the room and the bathroom in the lobby is dark, dingy, and all around creepy. However, the breakfast was really good and of good quality. The person working the breakfast kept the area stocked and clean. The shower head in the bathroom was good and had decent pressure. Overall, a decent stay and the hotel served it purpose. I felt safe. Would stay again.

Pleasantly surprised but breakfast was a no go.

Room was clean. Service was good. Room had the heating/cooling unit with the constant fan option which is hard to find these days. Weird (maybe chemical) smells on the first floor in the morning. Breakfast was lackluster despite good reviews. Hair in the cereal and milk had gone bad but there was a Panera next door so easily remedied.

This was a reasonably priced property for what it is: a clean, decent place to stop for the night. Some limited office amenities, a small pool, but the breakfast was lacking: Basic cereals, toast, bagels, muffins and coffee. Staff claimed the juice machine was out of order, and the kitchen staff called off, so no hot foods of any kind were available for a Sunday morning. We were unable to check in at 2:40pm because the staff rigorously enforces their 3pm check in time, but welcomed us to sit and wait in the lobby until then. No restaurants or bars are located here, but some dining was available across the street.
