This was a terrible stay! The staff was friendly but unhelpful, the vending machine was broken and took my money, the upstairs guest made so much noise and the front desk would address it, there was a stay, not a good stay...

The staff were also super nice and helpful, including when we were waiting on our transportation and we were about to leave and I remembered I left a hoodie in the room! The front desk lady was very helpful and instantly did up a key so I could hurry back to the room and go get it! The whole time we were there, everyone was super nice and it was a nice and quiet environment as well! Absolutely would stay again whenever I'm in the area.

All the staff was very nice. We was staying there because 1 of our dogs (the 7 month old) had been hit by a car a few days earlier & needed to have surgery to have a leg amputated. The staff was very understanding & didn't charge is the pet fee to try to help ease the burden.

First room they put us in smelled like cat urine. Moves us to another room with dirty fridge and unvacuumed carpets. My son took a bath and said that there were pieces of the tub floating in the tub with him. Would not stay there again.

When arriving to check-in a little after midnight, I was informed they had no rooms left (even though I had made a reservation a week or two earlier). They had no explanation as to how that happened or suggestions on where to look for another place to stay, so we ended up driving 1.5 hours home. Very disappointing.

When I pulled up, there were homeless people camped outside the hotel. The front desk clerk was hanging out with them smoking. The hotel smelled like musty smoke and god knows what else. The rooms need to be updated very badly.

There was a horrible smell in the room and it was dirty, the windows were unlocked and hard to lock (we were on the first floor), the keycards didn’t work so we had to ask for help when we returned to the room

Definitely an extended stay hotel. Most of the folks live there full time. Smelled a good amount of Mary Jane on the property. Lots of dogs too.

Rooms were cleaned daily but the floors were slippery, even next morning. Back door to the parking lot was left unlocked. The safe feeling was nonexistent the couple days we stayed. The front desk was extremely nice, I didn’t complain to them.
