The space
An open feel of this premium kitchen gives way to the open design of the great room where drinks will be spilled, appetites indulged while leading to laughter expelled. The fun layout of the open living/dining room space creates sweet spots for conversation and space for "spreading out".

The convenience (wide doors and no steps) of a first floor rock inspired bedroom complement the privacy of the well appointed master suite and attached bath on the 2nd floor; the 3rd comfortable suite rounds out the 2nd floor making this layout ideal for families or groups.

Work spaces abound with no less than four different work areas, one has direct ethernet access while another boast an extra swivel mounted monitor for your remote working needs— it isn’t even has nice art and decor in the background. Blazing internet and WiFi will be a hit with your devices, kids, Zoom meetings with at least two workspaces and one with Ethernet connection.

Guest access
Parking ease with three private spots in the rear and free off-street parking in the front provide for easy logisitics with your vehicles. Lyft and Uber availability in this area is plentiful with public transportation spots within walking distance. 15 minutes to of from IND International Airport. This walkable community of Bates-Hendricks provides for convenient food choices, late night carryout options, local eateries and pubs.
Other things to note
Doggos will enjoy the fenced rear yard. Toss the ball to Rover from the back deck while you grill on the charcoal or the gas BBQ setup then commiserate over bourbon as you guard off the night's chill with the propane powered fire pit and the propane powered patio heater. The seating area provides for outdoor activities.


Being this close to the stadium in downtown create a trade-off as the area is busy and the house is street side. There will be some street noise.
