The hotel and room were just okay. Needs updating including paint and hallway carpets. Tv remote did not work and neither did the alarm clock. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not worth $300 a night but overall fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice.

Room was very outdated for the price, bathroom ceiling was falling apart, paint peeling, water stains from years ago, was not a good site to see! Checked in after midnight with my 3 week old and 1 year old, room lights didn’t work so went back downstairs to change rooms, 2nd room the tv didn’t work, next morning made it clear that this was not ok so I was moved to ANOTHER room, 3rd in less than 24 hours, 3rd room was better but still not great or cozy, carpet was disgusting, phone and alarm clock didn’t work, not that I needed it but if I’m paying my money I expect EVERYTHING to work, just like they expect me to pay the price they ask for in full not a penny short! Breakfast was terrible! No options, very basic and bland! No pool which was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel, the pool pictured is not in service, in fact it’s under construction! I asked for a manger 4 times and was told “he’s not answering he might be in a meeting” which was so unprofessional because what if you have an emergency you can’t reach your manger?! After being fed up that the WiFi was in fact out of order/in and out as well, after contacting the WiFi company Nexus and being told the WiFi needed to be repaired I had enough, I went downstairs asked for the manger the 5 and last time and demanded a refund and I wanted to check out, after being held hostage and being told to wait for the manger they refused to refund my money, very unprofessional considering I made every complaint when happened

The price was very reasonable, the room and the motel on the inside was good/clean, but the property was run down, there was trash, the sign looked like it had been run over by a freight train, the grass looked like it hadn't been mowed in a year and there was a lot of people outside hanging out that looked suspicious. Our key wouldn't work half the time and I told the man at the desk twice. We would have to walk the length of the building each time to get in. Our room was at the far end of the building.

The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept.

Staff was overworked due to the final four but she seemed kind. The rooms are in sore need of a renovation—peeling paint, terrible water pressure (barely a trickle from the shower if a toilet has been flushed or if neighboring units are using water). Paying over $240 for this room was a lot for what it was.

The young man and young woman that I interacted with over a 4 day stay weren’t taking ownership of issues and didn’t seem to care much about customer service. For $180/night I expect more. General cleanliness and care of the property was poor. Dust, debris, landscape,tipped and full outside trash cans and tipped over for several days. Ours and another customer showers were not working. Ours would literally stop flowing water and gurgle for a couple minutes. Then eventually start working very slowly again. My wife had to kneel and put her head below the lower spout once a little water flow started but it wasn’t enough to get up to the upper head. The next day for me, the same thing happened. I do plumbing, it was like the water got shut off. Sink and toilet still worked. Front desk offered a different room to shower in (or move to) but then didn’t follow through with the agreement we can come to. Another guy said his shower was very low flow and Luke Warm at best for temp. Elevator door would shut 4” then open again. The gym exercise bike didn’t work. When myself and the other customer were telling the younger guy about the shower situation he said that it wasn’t his problem as he was supposed to be off 20 min ago! What?? He didn’t care. I’d recommend the holiday inn express across the street even though it’s a little more expensive.
