Perfect stay for roomies in Indy

We stayed as three moms and their daughters for the weekend. It was the perfect place for roommates like this. Each room has its own privacy and bathroom and it was incredibly clean. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for what we were doing for the weekend.

Indy Weekend

The property was decent and priced a little better than nearby hotels for the two nights we stayed. Coffee maker was broken upon arrival,and we learned from past reviews it had broke many weeks prior. 4 persons booked on reservation and there were only 2 sets of towels. There were some other minor things but not worth complaining about. The building had gated secured parking but that was unavailable to guests like us so we had to park elsewhere nearby. Communicating with management was not easy as they would not use my cell or personal email, only email through VRBO. So set your notifications for VRBO accordingly. Overall nothing major wrong but I will think twice before booking another MGM property.

Ffa national comvention

We stayed for the FFA national convention. It was a very nice and very clean location. My only concern was the number of people that it listed it could house was not accurate. I expected the bed space they advertised to be beds. Not air mattresses. When I reached out about bed space I was advised that there were air mattress in all 3 rooms and that was what would need to be used for additional bedding

Not exactly accurate

The rooms state they have a queen and a twin in each room. This is NOT accurate and should state a queen and air mattress. We had to get ahold of someone to get blankets for the beds. The keurig didn’t work, the bath tub was plugged up- both we were told maintenance would come up, they never did. Pipes froze and we were refunded the night so we could go to a hotel but wasn’t thrilled with the lack of urgency when we have 7 people staying in a place that had to get ready for a huge event and no water. It’s impossible to get anyone to answer a phone so it’s constant back and forth over messages which is frustrating. Place was very clean and nice other than that.

PINK concert

There was no top sheet in the first bedroom on the right hand side. Also, the tea kettle was not great. I would recommend a plug-in teakettle. Other then that it was a great place.

Great place, Great location….check in and communication was rough.

Great place, Great location….check in and communication was rough. We had some issues getting the check in information sent to me and I asked the host to call me. They refused to call me which would have made the check in much easier. This costs my family and I about an hour. It was very frustrating at the time because it made us over an hour late for dinner plans we had downtown. Besides that, the condo was great and I would stay here again. But, my advice to the host: the next time your tenant is literally begging you to call them on their cell, do it. This was a poor choice with basic customer service.
