Our first room wasn't the best and it was on the second floor and we wanted one on the first floor. They helped out and moved us to a room on the first floor which was great. But we are very disappointed with the pool being closed. Our room was dirty and definitely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. You get what you pay for. I personally would never stay here again.

When I walked in, there was an overpowering smell in the hotel and I thought it would subside. I got checked in and got my room, and the smellwas in the room. It was terrible. I was there about two hours and ended up throwing up so I had to leave. I get migraines and this triggered me a migraine, and I have fibromyalgia and I’m very sensitive to smells. I called the hotel to see if I could get a refund because the smell drove me out and he said no. Before I left the room, I looked out the window, to see if I could open that to get some fresh air, and the sheer curtain had mold on it! The window also had gray duct tape around the window unit in the wall. The beds were broken down. It was absolutely terrible. It wasn’t worth $102.! They need to change the name from quality Inn to the dump inn!

Sheets stained, carpet not completely cleaned. Pool opens 10am not enough time to swim or get to swim before check out. Also closed early. Towels stain, tub looks bad. Irons didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work . Lamps didn’t work or broken before we used the room.
