Quiet, Clean, and Close to Downtown

Stayed here for a conference last week and had a great experience! The host communicated clearly, the house was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet but still close to downtown. I’d definitely stay here again!

Although there were only two of us, this place would easily accommodate 6 with 3 separate bedrooms. The living areas were spacious and the kitchen was equipped. The only downside was the single bathroom being upstairs.

Our stay here was just that, excellent. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. House was clean and spacious. Large bedrooms, big kitchen and roomy living room. Kitchen was well equipped. Communication with property management was quick and consise. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Great Location and Fantastic Communication

Stayed here with my children for a sports event and it was perfect. Very spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. Close to downtown without being in the city. Communication from the owners was great.

Property was fine. The immediate area is ok, but the surrounding main street is rough. Our biggest complaint about the space was only having 1 bathroom. For the price we paid, I thought the property was a little over priced. The rest of the space was fine.

Great Stay for the Indy Criterium Bike Event

Everything was just as advertised by host Leslie...the property, the neighborhood, and the overall vibe. We appreciated the closeness to downtown and commuted by bike each day to the Indy Crit. Bike paths nearby were a real plus!

Great location and host

This was a great property to stay in with a kitchen, washer, living area and plenty of space. The floors are a little creaky but other then that the host is quick to respond and the place overall is only 10 minutes from downtown. Would book again!
