I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the staff welcoming me warmly and ensuring everything was in order. The on-site dining was a highlight—the food was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which made it convenient to keep up with workouts during my trip. The laundry facility was another big plus, especially for longer stays. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

Great stay in Greenwood

Wonderful and clean accommodations and large and well appointed. My only concern is that the shower floor had no bath mat and once soap got on the floor, it became pretty slippery...and it is a large shower. I suspect a person that is elderly could have problems with that.

loved it all!!

We came for the weekend to see a concert at Lucas Oil. The hotel was clean, the workers friendly and the location was perfect!! The drive to the concert was short and easy, the immediate area of the Hotel had everything we could possibly need. Residence inn (Greenwood) was super clean. the rooms were well designed and spacious, the pool was fantastic and they had a great little gym. Breakfast was a typical hot/cold hotel breakfast with a decent variety. we were checked in by Josue and he was amazing....informative, welcoming and very friendly. will seek this hotel next time we are in the area and highly recommend for others as well!

Good experience but the young girl checking my gf in was very nosy and asking inappropriate questions about our relationship. Going as far as telling my gf, "you dont look like me and im from Indiana " just a very unique and unnecessary experience.

Great choice for families

Stayed here with family of 4 while visiting family for the holidays. We were very comfortable in a room with 2 queen beds. Having the kitchen was ideal for traveling with little kids. Room had a large island in the kitchen area which made having family over for a meal easy. Complimentary breakfast was good and had more than the standard options and also quick grab and go items for days the kids weren’t up early. Check-in staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. It was a nice size and not like some of the super tiny pools at other hotels. Enough room to spread out and good amount of seating on the pool deck including loungers. Overall, I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfort. No complaints, will strongly consider booking again.

Very nice!

We were impressed with the size of the room. The room was very nice, all new appliances in kitchen area that was also stocked with all our kitchen needs. The pull out couch was perfect for our daughter and she had plenty of room to play even with the bed pulled out. The desk area is huge. Perfect for anyone on a work trip. King size bed was comfy and loved that the bathroom had full sized pump bottles of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. We definitely recommend this location. The only downside was the breakfast. It was not very good, bread/toast was not a option and the assortments of other breads were limited. Breakfast was free with the stay so we did partake in it. Overall 9.5 for our stay. The staff was friendly and curiosity as well.

Staff was amazing!! Libby wore many hats during our stay. She managed the front desk and the convenience mart and the bar all at once. She was a ray of sunshine and kindness when we needed it most after a long travel day from Maine. Additionally, your location was perfect for our needs around Indianapolis and Greenwood. We love the room set up. For a room this size, it could use a more comfortable chair in the room, like a recliner. Also several light bulbs were out in the kitchen area, which made it dark. But overall we love staying there!

Great pick for spring break

Great place to stay, customer service was fantastic. Everyone was so kind. Kids loved the big pool and the breakfast options were fantastic. Also loved that coffee and lemon water were always available. Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
