Cute little apartment/great communication

We stayed 3 nights, 4 adults/2 couples total. Host was very responsive, check in instructions were flawless. Apartment was spacious and modern. Parking garage was really nice. Centrally located and in decent area..

Property was very clean, well kept, well decorated. Neigbors in property were very cordial. No noise, no annoying situation, no problems whatsoever. Excellent property, near good market and restaurants.

Family Visit

After the resolving the non connection to the key machine and getting access to our room, everything was was perfect. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Apt had everything we needed and more.

Rough start

Previous guest had left key in the apartment, so it took 30 minutes of messaging and waiting to get in. Once in the apartment, we had more calls and messaging to insist that housekeeping come to clean the unit. Dirty towels, dishes in sink, bed unmade. Customer service was responsive, and the location is great for us, but it was a rough start.

Damp, dirty and a big disappointment. We stayed in 2 units back to back weekends. The first smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. The carpets felt damp and black mold in the shower. We hoped the second unit would be better. It was not. We stayed for one night then left and checked into a hotel. If you want a clean, comfortable stay and value your health, do not stay in these units.

Not from us!!

Check in with key cafe took 20 minutes. 12 step check in process is too much. One of the bedrooms had a queen size mattress on a king size frame. This is dangerous. Only 1 bath and one “hand’ towel per bathroom.They look like car washing towels. No towels in the kitchen. The elevator is confusing because only one goes to the 4th floor. The place is very basic nothing special
