Bring your bikes, walking shoes, or running gear and experience one of Indianapolis's most-loved neighborhood corridors.

Inside, neutral finishes, colorful artwork, and Indianapolis and Indiana references create a relaxed sense of place. The home sleeps eight across three bedrooms and a basement den: two king beds, one queen bed, and a twin trundle with two mattresses. Two full bathrooms and two separate living rooms give families, colleagues, and small groups space to gather or spread out.

The main level includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs, the finished basement includes a second living room with a 75-inch Smart TV, foosball and games, a king bedroom, a private office/den with twin trundle, a second full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and guest laundry.

The kitchen is stocked for eight, while the coffee bar gives you options: drip, French press, Keurig, local beans, a grinder, syrups, tea, honey sticks, and to-go cups. Families will also find children's dishes, books and games, a high chair, and a permanently installed baby gate.

Outside, start the morning on the porch swing or settle onto the backyard deck beneath mature trees. Grill dinner, gather around the wood-burning firepit, and let the string lights set the pace for an easy evening. A two-car driveway means you can explore Broad Ripple, Butler University, downtown venues, family attractions, and the wider Indianapolis area without worrying about where to park when you return.
