「Very nice! Loved the oversized room with fireplace. Service great! I accidently left my shoes in the room and they mailed them to me . Fast and low cost. Will return! 」

「The only issue I had was with the slides. The rules on what life jacket to wear wasn’t posted anywhere. My son went down one slide with a life jacket and the second time was told he couldn’t wear that one. He had to wear one that buckled in the back not in the front. The rules weren’t posted on the life jackets. 」

「Check in took a while as no one was around for 5-7 minutes when I arrived. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Bed was comfortable but an extra blanket would have been nice. Room was clean and had microwave and huge refrigerator.」

「The staff were very professional and accommodating. The carpets could do with some cleaning and the outside needs some improvement in aesthetics. However, the service at the front desk from all the staff, especially David, was a cut above the rest. I would definitely recommend. 」

Hotel’s reception is found in a spacious lounge-bar area that doubles as a workspace & comfy social gathering spot during the day. Plenty of street (metered) parking available in addition to paid lots. Close to perfect…wish I could have stayed longer!」

「The staff at the check in desk were so very helpful with arranging rooms closer together for my friend and I. They did it all with great humor. They answered all our questions about Uber, restaurants near the Civic Center, and helped me get signed into WiFi. The room was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was huge. One suggestion I have is to put grab bars in the shower, especially for those of us who aren’t as agile as we used to be. 」
