「Place was on the 1st floor and very convenient location. Pool is a little small but clean. Gate to get in was a little to be desired because it was hard for 2 cars to pass at the same time. 「Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience.
During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover.
If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

「This property was very nicely decorated and definitely met our needs. There were only two of us. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony and being able to see the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach and the wooden walkway allowed us to roll the wagon easily for about half the way. The kitchen had everything we needed including blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Very nice appliances including a full size refrigerator and oven. There were plenty of towels and pillows....
