Unplug at our Brand New home in the gated Indian Palms Country Club. Enjoy our private backyard with luxury pool and spa, fire pit, and stunning Mountain and golf course View’s. We are just a short walk to the Empire Polo Club where the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals take place and less than 2 miles from PGA West Stadium Course. Your perfect Desert Escape awaits. Luxe furnishings throughout, lots of love was put into our home!

Main Bedroom: King-sized bed, 55” TV, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the backyard for a peaceful retreat.
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed.
Bedroom 3: Two twin-sized beds.
Living Room: Comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-sized sleeper.

Before check-in, we will collect all necessary information for community entry. Once provided, guests may enter via manned Monroe entrance, after you first enter you may use the 49th and Jackson unmanned entrance if you provided your license plate along w/the make and model of your vehicle.

Pool heating is available for $75/day and is recommended from October to May. Please provide 48 hours' notice for heating requests. In summer, pool temperatures typically range from 85–95°F.

Check-in: After 4 PM
Check-out: By 11 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no extra cost if scheduling allows.
Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
No. The property features keyless entry. A unique access code will be provided before arrival for your safety and convenience.
Do you provide daily cleaning service?
No. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay.
What is included with my accommodations?
A fully furnished home with a well-stocked kitchen:
Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor and waffle maker to name a few!
Cooking and serving items (plates, bowls, utensils, corkscrew, etc.)
Spice rack, salt, and pepper
Linens, bath towels, and pool towels
Initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap
Laundry soap and dryer sheets
Do you allow pets?
Yes, for a fee of $150 per pet.
Parking:
Parking for 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway
Street parking is allowed during the day but not overnight. Violations may result in fines or towing.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, exterior cameras are located at:
The garage
The entrance (ring door bell)
The backyard (facing outward toward the courtyard)
Note: Cameras do not monitor interior spaces.
NOTE- We have a $300 cleaning fee, if the cleaning fee is not displayed, we will need to send after booking. Airbnb is currently experiencing a glitch of showing cleaning fees for this listing to future guests.
Please carefully review all Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket)
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
