Property was great other than no hot water on the left side of the house and the back slider extremely difficult to open and close

The house well well furnished and kitchen well equipped. However there were several problems with the house on arrival: none of the TVs were functioning, the heat in the Casita didn’t work, the hot water in one the bathrooms didn’t work so guest had a cold shower. The spa wouldn’t heat up. The slider to go out to the spa is rusty and very hard to open. The property manager was responsive and some issues were resolved by the end of the second day (except for hot water because we discovered it after the other repairs had been completed. And the slider wasn’t fixed. And two TVs remained inoperable ). I requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience and that was provided. We had a good experience with the property manager but the home needs a good walk through to address issues before a guest arrives (light bulbs were burned out, sink didn’t drain well).
