This modern, 1960 mini-estate is perched high above the double-fairway views of the 5th and 6th holes, offering sweeping views of the golf course, palm tops, and sunk-soaked mountains to the west and north.
Bermuda Dunes is a haven for golfers - they can enjoy a round of golf right here at the Bermuda Dunes Country Club or other nearby courses like Indian Wells Golf Resort and Desert Willow Golf Resort. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the unique landscapes Joshua Tree National Park has to offer or discover impressive desert wildlife and botanical gardens at Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. If visiting during the festival season, experience one of the world's most famous music festivals, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Shopaholics will have a blast at El Paseo Shopping District, where they can shop for luxury goods, art, and fashion in this upscale shopping area known as the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert."
Upon entering this historical escapade, one of the originals in the club, you will immediately notice a classic mid-century flair with a curved, original exposed-brick great room wall, a focal, cantilevered gas fireplace, and wall-to-wall windows flooding the space with natural light. Spend memorable evenings lounging in the great room while planning your next adventures! This snowbird-friendly haven also enjoys a rec/family room with a huge TV with a sound bar where you and your loved ones can gather and host entertaining movie nights. The remodeled, period kitchen has been equipped with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Glass doors lead you to the extensive rear courtyard surrounding a heated, rectangle pool. Sunbathe on the poolside loungers, dine alfresco on the covered patio, lounge by the pool, and host summertime barbecues using the provided gas grill.
Sleeping arrangements include three bright and well-appointed bedrooms. The spacious main suite boasts a huge walk-in closet, access to the courtyard, and a luxe en suite bath with double sinks and a sunken shower. The second bedroom has a huge TV while the third bedroom features a working desk.
Things to Know Dogs must be well-trained as there is open access to the golf course where dogs are not allowed.
The pool is kept unheated but can be heated for a $99 per night fee. 24-hour advance notice needed to add amenity.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
