Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Suite 2 is located next to the front door and features a Full-sized bed, Twin-sized Futon Bed, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 3 has a private entrance accessible through the front courtyard. The Casita features a Full-sized bed, Twin-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, and switch-controlled ceiling fan. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a pedestal sink.

Bedroom 4 is located next to Bedroom 5 and features a Full-sized Bunk bed with a Full-sized trundle, a 42-inch Samsung Smart Television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a desk for you to get remote work done. Bedroom 5 is located next to the Laundry Room and features two Full-sized beds, a 55-inch TCL Smart Television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. Bedroom 6 is located next to entrance doors and features a Queen-sized bed, Queen-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, switch-controlled ceiling fan and a piano. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head quickly to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
