It was a great place to stay, just dog poop everywhere in the backyard, and pool light didn’t work at night, spa Tub jets didn’t work. Other than the great time we had.

Very Comfortable Stay

Our stay at this house was as comfortable as could be. We had a party of 3 couples stay in this house to attend a friends wedding in Coachella. The houses amenities worked out great and everyone enjoyed themselves fully. We had everything we needed to enjoy a whole day pool side with a full day of BBQ and ending it in the hot-tub. The only issue we had was having extra towels for the pool and hot-tub but we easily solved that by taking the short drive to a close by Target. Everything else worked out perfect for our weekend wedding trip and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to attend any of the many events in the surrounding area.

I had this place for my birthday

I went to this house for my birthday and it was perfect and amazing it was big enough for a family gathering and I loved the environment. I’m the summer it is really hot haha. I enjoyed the experience though and it was pretty clean.

Convenient and cozy Indio retreat

Tanya’s rental was our home away from home during our weekend trip to Indio for a music festival. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the grill outside was great for burgers and hot dogs. The beds were comfortable and the living room allowed for easy resting and hanging out. Remember to keep the door to the yard closed to avoid letting any flies or bugs in!

Nice oasis away from home

Exactly what I was looking for. A space that is big enough for family and friends and fur babies. Good area grocery store not to far away mountains are beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub we even used the bbq grill first night. Dosent break the bank yet we were all comfortable. Thanks again.

Second time staying! And we were not disappointed, each room was clean and comfortable the pool was heated and clean and the jacuzzi was amazing. Huge kitchen and has just about everything we needed. Easy to communicate with the host. Made our stay easy and enjoyable. We Will most definitely be retuning .

Overpriced

The beds were clean and comfortable. The floors were dirty, the house needs updating, the hot tub was filthy and not functional, there was broken glass in the backyard. The pool was dirty but cleaned up enough to be used after a pool guy came. It was also pleasantly warm. The owner also sent a house cleaner to clean up the house too - should have been clean when we arrived. Bring your own toilet paper.

Check in process was very easy House rules are very flexible mostly just treat like its your home. The pool was a plus everyone enjoyed it is smaller then the pictures. BBQ grill was a good add on. Cleanliness I would rate an 8/10 Pool light was a little hard to manage but host send someone the next morning to fix. Host was very attentive, Would recommend just bring disposable plates, cups and forks/spoons. Also ATV riding is 30 min away in case you want to add adventure to your trip.

Nice place, but needs some upgrades.

Liked it. Had some issues. Owner was accessible, and did something about it. But made it seem like everything was fine before I got there. (It’s my fault?) refrigerator needs replacement. Old, leaning to the side, and worst part… didn’t stay cold enough… food melted. Obviously, was with my family so still had fun. (House has small pool) but what an inconvenience.

Dirty

This place is funky, and not in a good way. We arrived early and saw the cleaners departing the house, not wearing masks. I’m not sure how much cleaning they did however! The floors were filthy, hair in the beds and bathrooms. There was dog poop all over the back yard. Management offered to bring the cleaners back, after we had settled in but that’s a huge inconvenience so we opted to leave the next morning instead. I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless they hire a new cleaning crew.

The property feels bigger than the listed square footage. The pool was a blessing, but too bad the spa and toaster were broken. Bring your own cups and knives.
