“Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay. While I thought this was fixed at check in, I got a call……

“The location was excellent, walking to shops, resturants and bars”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The property was easy to find and met our expectations. The property manger was very responsive and gave clear directions. The only downside was the restaurant onsite was closed for the month of August and there is nothing within walking distance of the property, a car is necessary. Overall a great experience and we would visit again. ”

“Disappointed there was no jetted tub. Also my husband reached for a towel on the towel rack below the sink, and the entire rack came off sending him falling to the floor. He is having back surgery in one week and this made his pain worse! ”

“Everything was lovely! The development and the main pool were very nice. We would have liked one more coffee and an answer about the Tennis Channel. ”

“When approached with a problem , the guest relations manager informed me “ well , we’re not really a Marriott “ enough said ”
