「Parking was secure which was my priority, so very good. Room was okay, all amenities available and was clean. The only down side was that you could hear noises from the other rooms. In general I was happy with my stay.」

「La Maison des Cochers is lovely place to stay in the Loire Valley. The apartment is perfect for exploring nearby chateaux and vineyards. The description is accurate and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The host is very friendly and was very willing to ensure that we enjoyed her apartment. This apartment comes with a garage, which is helpful to visit other towns in the valley. However, we didn't need to explore too far because Amboise is a quaint town with delightful shops and cafes...

「The information to get to apartment was not clear at all, the work part was trying to get into the place. They warned about locks but was almost impossible to get entry for both outside and inside doors. Was so bad we didn’t leave for evening as we didn’t think we’d get back in. Next morning couldn’t lock it. So frustrating. Left message on board but no reply to this day. It was very clean tho」

「I loved my stay here, it was exactly what I needed. The space was cozy and the garden was absolutely wonderful to spend time in. My hosts were communicative and so, so nice! My only note is that I was very excited about the rope hammock featured in the photos, but unfortunately it was no longer there when I arrived. But otherwise, great spot to enjoy Tours from, and all of France, or to get away and have some time to yourself. If coming in summer, be prepared for bugs and heat! 」
