「Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. I was taken to a hotel with an inconvenient location with nothing around, I’m appalled by the lack of structure and devotion to its customers. I’ve also historically stayed at Alvida...

「Food amazing, really large portions far too much to eat, but good problem to have. Bar staff and housekeepers particularly friendly. Pool was tranquil and not too many people. Breakfast great selection. Location is further away from town harbour than some but if you want convenience but also somewhere to get away from bustle it’s perfect. 5 min walk to great waterpark which wasn’t that busy」
