「The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. However, the hotel, the Halls, the stairs, the rooms, the kitchen were filthy. When I checked in on Thursday my room smelled a little funny, but not too bad. Friday morning I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Oh well, you know things happen. By Saturday and Sunday I had killed five cockroaches in my room. When I went down for breakfast on Sunday morning I saw cockroaches on the walls of the dining room. I can't believe that this got an eight...

「We booked 5 rooms. 4 of us had significant issues with the condition of our rooms. The staff was incredibly kind. But the hotel is in need of new housekeeping personnel. And the housekeeper shouldn’t show up to the rooms with her dog, who walked straight into the room. 」

「This hotel is very run down, the first room we were given stunk so bad & the second room the toilet moved when you sat on it, the tub was horrible, there were baby roaches, the refrigerator was dirty, the tv remote didn't work, the blankets/sheets on the bed were stained, torn & had burn holes in them. 」
