“Read reviews prior to booking and did not notice any issues. We had two young children (under 2 yrs) with us. Originally going to put us on the 2nd floor but no elevator - not feasible. They found us a first floor room that worked. Initially it looked fine - no issues, clean, quiet, etc. First night was fine other than daughter went out for a smoke before bed and noticed some lady creeping around the corner watching her. I was not in the room all day nor did I have a do not disturb sign out. There was no reason for the cleaning staff not to clean my room.
