“Quick weekend away and this place checked all the boxes! The host was quick to respond when we checked in, the place had no power due to an accident nearby. He sent me updates as he received them. It was a great location, convenient to town, to restaurants and the grocery store. We would stay here again in the fall or winter.”

The chalet is absolutely lovely and we loved waking up each morning to the sunrise & the trees and the view of the lake…it was magical. “We came here for a few days during the solar eclipse. Melissa and scott, the care talkers, were very sweet and attentive. A car accident had actually knocked out power to the whole town just before we showed up, but the place has a generator so we still had everything! cabin is a10 minute walk from town which was really fun to explore! We saw a mama and baby deer in the back yard on day 1. The kids (9 &14) could not get enough of the Foosball table and the adults discover the ring & hook game on……

“House was absolutely gorgeous! They had a tree up and greenery for the holiday and it was beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens top notch. Kitchen was very well appointed with dishes and utensils! Furniture was really nice and the pool table and hot tub were great fun for all of us! Thank you Brad you really have an amazing place!! “We booked this property and filled each bed with friends to experience the eclipse. While the host couldn't control the weather, it ended up being the perfect location (and experience)! The house was just as described and the kitchen was fully stocked with every pan or utensil you could think of, which was helpful as we prepared each meal at the house (all ten of us fit around the table). Central location - we took a walk to the train depot, fire pit was used to cook lunch over, plenty of hot……

“This was a great experience. The eight of us enjoyed the Palmer Point House. The reality was better than the pictures, and the pictures were wonderful. Everyone commented that the place was beyond their expectations and they would want to go back. We rented the boats form next door and that too was a great experience. “We rented this house for the weekend of Snodeo in Old Forge. The house is conveniently located and is within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. We had a vendor booth at the Snodeo show so we didn't spend much time at the house but it worked out perfectly for what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent.”

“Clean, simple, exactly as advertised. Good communication with owners. Perfect for our 3 night stay, two families with four kids age 10-13 exploring Inlet, Old Forge, hiking at Bald Mtn, and Water Safari. Walkable to community beach. An upgrade from our days of basic cabins/camping at the Camping Resort. Bear walked through property on first morning as we were on deck having coffee, neighbors warned us as it headed our way. Basic cookware and amenities, nice to have grill, washer and dryer on……

“A lovely cabin- all updated and very new/ clean but still had a lot of character and cozy feels. We loved using the fireplace and loft-type upstairs bedroom. In a great location- right in the village area of Inlet. Close to old forge, hiking trails and the chain lakes. Walking distance to downtown/ village park. Also right next door to a great town park with hiking trails. A great spot if you have kids. Highly recommend”
