Poppy is a warm, generous host who provided a range of goodies for us. We loved this place and hope to return!”

“Fantastic location close to city, river walk, weekend markets and trendy cafes at nearby Newstead/New Farm and Tenerife (Gasworks), with the property offering up a tidy and roomy 2 bed, 2 bath with all modern cons included (Wifi isn’t bad either) + secure car park, all that is needed for a relaxing getaway or business trip. . Further, Andy - Property Manager, answered all our queries in a speedy fashion providing great tips on what to visit and do during our stay, with our stopover in Brisbane……

“A lovely Queensland house, very convenient to Brisbane’s cultural centre and the city centre, near to the river which is great to walk alongside with the dog. In a quiet street and also near to shops. Would definitely stay again if visiting Brisbane.”

“This property is lovely, the location is perfect for walking anywhere you need. The food, cafes, park nearby all are perfect for a stay with a family. The house has it's lovely history, and it's been maintained and updated appropriately. What I draw exception to is being treated like a criminal before we even turn up to the property; constant emails confirming who we are, proof of identity, re-confirm we won't make loud noise, we won't do this, we won't do that. The property managers……

“Apartment was great with a fully stocked kitchen, nice backyard to hang out in and full set of amenities. The neighborhood is fantastic with a wide variety of restaurants, a butcher, a baker and two grocery stores. An easy walk to the stadium and down to the ferry station to get downtown.”

“The place was lovely, we were under the impression that there was a pool to enjoy, however, we weren't given access to the yard/pool area as there was a tenant/resident living in the down stairs section of the house. Apart from that the house was lovely and a short 15 minute walk to the cricket ground in a quiet street.”

“Loved the house and property but unfortunately not the hilly location. Had to use the nav man on every return to the property, even after 4 days of staying there. Also when booking in etc, not keen on receiving emails from so many sub companies eg: MadeComfy (Key Flickers) - Stayz - Vrbo. Surely ONE is enough!”

“The house is in a great location, only a short walk to the ferry or a 6 minute drive to Southbank. Plenty of space, we had 6 staying there, 2 bathrooms/toilets, 3 televisions and plenty of room for all on the main couch. The beds were extremely comfortable! One downside is that the dishwasher is not located in the kitchen, it is in the laundry adjacent to the kitchen. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the location!”
