Dont book, its a scam
Dont book here unless you want to be disappointed. The good news is that hotels.com sorted out a refund quickly even though they made out that the owner had graciously accepted to refund the money
The bad news is everything. I turned up gaving driven for nearly 2 hours. It was deserted. The guy who answered the phone was in India and just said to cancel and then nothing. Fortunately just down the road was a lodge who were very welcoming and got us a room at short notice

Der Gastwirt war zuvorkommend, korrekt und höflich. Das Zimmer entsprach mir in seiner Schlichtheit und Sauberkeit. Es gefiel mir sehr gut , ich konnte gut schlafen. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Nur 3x dort gewesen erstes einziges und letztes ma
Nach einen lausigen empfang, (kopfhörer auf / handy in der hand) unverständlicher sprache (sollte vermutlich englisch sein). War nicht klar welches unser zimmer ist. Schlüssel lies sich nur mit viel Glück drehen bzw zimmer öffnen/schliessen. Zudem wollte man uns die kurtaxe ein zweites mal einverlangen. Sind dann zum essen nach innertkirchen gefahren und habe für etwas mehr kosten ein richtig gutes hotel gefunden. Sofort gebucht und dort eingezogen....

Reservation hat nicht sauber geklappt. Zimmer an der relativ lauten Sustenstrasse. Alles war sauber, hat aber noch sehr provisorisch ausgesehen. Z.B. nur eine Handseife für zwei Duschen und WC, keine Seife im Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit die Haare zu trocknen. Restaurant war nicht offen.
Pizza über die Strasse im Camping war gut.
