"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room refrigerator made an odd rhythmic howling noise. The receptionist took 25 minutes to check me in despite my handing her my booking confirmation email from a month ago. The waiter delivered the wrong dinner order and then the hostess said I would have to pay for it because the computer would not allow her to adjust the price. When I refused, she offered me an alcoholic drink or a dessert, neither of which I wanted. She finally relented and charged me for the meal that I had ordered. She was not courteous despite the fact that it was her error. I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast which consisted of cold scraps of eggs in the corner of the serving tray and hard overcooked tater tots. The sausage was the only tasty part of the meal. I would not recommend your hotel. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for a staycation and it was amazing! Staff were great, breakfast was fun and the pool was a blast! I absolutely recommend for anyone, especially if you have kids! "

"Dont stay here. The rooms are not clean. Avoid Motel 6 Red Deer — seriously. We had to switch rooms three times, and each one was worse than the last. Room 1: My puppy jumped on the bed with something in his mouth… it was a blood-covered Kleenex. Absolutely disgusting. Room 2: There was a white, creamy-looking substance on the floor between the bed and the window wall. Room 3: My puppy’s next “find”? A half-used bottle of lubricant. This isn’t just poor housekeeping — it’s a basic failure of cleanliness and hygiene. It genuinely makes you question whether these rooms are cleaned at all."
