「We loved staying at the Leslie Castle. John & Nicole were great. We came by train and then planned to go by Uber to the Castle and found the one driver was on holiday. John & Nicole were so gracious to come and pick us up. Food was great. Nicole does a history of the castle after dinner each night which was so enjoyable and a tour of the castle. 「The staff are amazing the bar is great and very well priced, the room was really nice apart from the bathroom, there was cobwebs in the corners and mould around the shower tray also the shower head wouldn't stay up the pole it kept sliding down. The bathroom could do with a shelf by the sink to put your stuff on. Only basic stuff really. The pancakes with fruit at breakfast was tinned mixed fruit. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The hotel just needs a few basic things changing and it will be...

「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」
