"Everything is excellent apart from the £5 parking charge. When I'm staying to sleep I'm a resident, not a visitor. I need to take the car loaded with stuff, I have no option, so this extra charge for no reason is a killer for me. I know that the other local hotels do the same but that is no excuse. Hence the 4 star."
