"We didn't pick this place ourselves, as our original booking cancelled two weeks before our trip, so Expedia picked this one for us. The place was very clean and neat, owner was very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't use the washer and dryer as it was additional fees that weren't mentioned in the posting, and the dryer wasn't working right anyway they said in the house rules. "Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. All members of staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bedroom clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom and shower very clean with nice toiletries and soft towels. We dined in Blair’s restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and meals were delicious. Great choices and plentiful for both. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money too "

"Room was lovely but the air conditioning didn’t work as the battery was flat. Windows don’t open so room was far too hot and stuffy. Bed and pillows were a little soft for our liking.Hotel was extremely busy as there was a show on in the P&J Arena but not enough staff on to clear tables, serve drinks etc. Big cue at bar. Lift broke down in the morning causing cues for lift. Not enough tables for sitting eating breakfast, either carry your food right through the hotel to the other side or eat food at low tables which are fine for evening drinks but no good for eating food."
