“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. “Hotel is overall acceptable. But surrounding road and traffic conditions are no good. Hotel restaurant makes good food. ”

“Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review……

“Good A. C. Helpful staff. All food made to order and nicely prepared. Our room was comfortable and attractive. Bathroom is typical.Indian style with bucket and cup to wash yourself. ”

“The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.”

“Lot of noise at night, ether then that ,it ok clean and roomi lots stairs if you have nee problem it’s not for you .”

“Location- for visiting Patna Sahib this is around 3 km away and you can get there via a tuk tuk which is Good. Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking. Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee. Staff - some were really helpful and others were not. Food - was really good, we stayed 2 nights, 2nd evening the food we ordered was cold and it took several……

“Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. ”
