"We were welcomed by Michel very friendly and were pleased with the apartment. Everything was there and it was cozy. The quietness was amazing and therefor we had a good sleep. Location excellent!"

"Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

"Appartement bien, literie confortable, très bonne situation géographique et très bon rapport qualité prix.Peu mieux faire niveau propreté (aspirateurs pas vidé depuis un long moment certainementLogement du dessus très bruyant tôt le matin et des travaux dans la rue dès 8h30 le matin c’est dommage. Deux jours de pluie sur les 3 , nous n’étions pas au bon endroit au bon moment.Mais nous reviendrons Logement"

"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"We absolutely loved staying here. Marvellous location, charming apartment, lovely facilities, clean and welcoming environment. The air-conditioning was a bit noisy and it would have been nice to have somehere to hang clothes in each room.Other than that it was an extremely comfortable stay. "Nous avons eu une bonne communication avec le propriétaire par mail puis avec les dames gérant le logement. Elles ont été très disponibles et arrangeantes. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçues par l'environnement du logement. Les travaux évoqués dans le descriptif de l'annonce (ajoutés après notre réservation) sont juste en face du logement ce qui ampute la vue sur le lac qui est donc inexistante. Les travaux débutent a 7h20 et non à 9h comme il est noté. Les photos sur le descriptif ne sont...

"L’appartement de Ghilaine est idéalement situé, l’arrêt de bus se trouvant à deux pas de l’immeuble. Il dispose des équipements nécessaires afin de passer un bon séjour : literie correcte, cuisine équipée, salle de bain spacieuse. Ghilaine s’est montrée accueillante et disponible en cas de besoin lors de notre séjour."
