“This property is in a great location if you are going to visit SeaWorld. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when I realized I had booked the wrong dates. The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything you need for a stay. However, the flooring and furniture are low quality and the patio was unusable due to it only having one chair with cushions that were too dirty to sit on. And the only view from the patio is new homes being built a few feet away.”

“We were a family of four who stayed for a week in March 2024. The location is great, we walked to Universal on one of our days, so if you're energetic - you can walk and save on an Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Most days we took an Uber and the prices were very good since the location is so close to Universal. The apartment was very clean and it had everything that we needed to cook some of our meals. The beds are comfortable (I think they were Queen size). The three pools were also very clean and well……

“The location was centrally located for the Disney parks. There was a subway, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Chik-fil-a within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. Our family of 4 had to buy 2 beach towels and wash towels every other day. The kitchen was sparse, no kitchen towels or even hot pads so cooking was a struggle. The place was……

“This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!”

“I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. There weren’t extra trash bags or paper towel so we did have to go to the market and provide our own which is fine just……

“The place worked just fine for our needs but wasn't impressive. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Cons: The lights in one bedroom didn't work, and the shower head in that bedroom was a disaster. Of the 122 'rainfall' nozzles, about 45 actually put out any water. They also pointed in all different directions in the very small shower space. Not effective if you have any amount of hair to wash and get shampoo out of. Everything in the place is cheap, but the place served……

“Checking in was a little odd, but the room was very nice and served its purpose. It is similar to a hotel setup, but our room was not owned by the hotel. However, when our key card stopped working, the owner told us to take it down to the front desk to fix. It worked out, but just thought it was a weird situation. It was a great location to be near the Orange County Convention Center. Overall we were pleased with our stay.”
