「The hotel is quaint and very conveniently located. The staff were incredibly helpful even waking up at 4AM to provide us with packed lunches for Machu Picchu. You should know there are a lot of step steps to climb to get into the hotel (tricky with luggage) and it was not their fault but our room was next to obnoxious guests who were checking it out at 5AM who were screaming to each other from room to room. Despite that I would highly recommend as a place to stay.」

The only down side was the distance from town. Had to take a 20 minute shuttle or taxi to get around. The resident alpacas were a nice touch.」

「Nuna Sumaq was a lovely boutique hotel located a 5 minute walk from the main square. Hotel was very clean and rooms private. Breakfast was buffet style with made to order eggs. We had a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is located on a cute cobblestone walkway. It is not accessible to vehicles and if you have luggage with wheels, navigating the cobblestone path is tricky..」
