Our stay at the farmhouse was lovely and we appreciate all of the thoughtful touches that were included. We loved how quiet and peaceful the farmhouse was - it reminded us of home (British Columbia). The continental breakfast was great, and so was all of the staff. We truly wish we could have stayed longer!

The house itself is lovely, the room was very comfortable, the beds were heavenly, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were accommodating when we had some delays checking in and out. The shower was the only downside--it was very hard to get the water to turn on and the water pressure was weak.

Peaceful retreat 3 miles outside of Inveraray.

Very basic room but decent value for the area. Large bedroom & bathroom with high ceilings Furnished with old fashioned wardrobe, mirror, dressing table & chairs. In that respect the room was dated. That said it was spacious, clean, very quiet with nice view from the bedroom window, bed was comfortable, continental breakfast was fresh & varied. I would stay there again.

Complete tranquility

The hotel is away from the road in pleasant surrounds. The staff was very welcoming. We had a comfortable spacious room and large bathroom. There is a comfortable sitting room in the hotel though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Killean is a great stopover.

All areas of Killean were very clean. Our bed was so comfy and duvet very cosy, it was very hard to get out! We were made to feel most welcome and would go back again if looking for accommodation in the Inveraray area especially as it is so peaceful and very affordable prices.

Killean Farmhouse is just gorgeous. The room was comfortable, the property was easy to find, the location is beautiful, and the breakfast was a highlight of our entire trip. My Mum still talks about it. Lesley & Ian have created a very warm and welcoming place to stay.

Out in the country, a few miles from Inverary. Staff were excellent! Wanted to please!!! Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Did need more hot items. Internet was not very good. Location probably was the issue. Stairs could be challenging for some patrons. TV was fine. Plenty of parking!
