“We had a wonderful stay at Ardmay Chalet. It was comfortable and cozy, and the view of the loch was spectacular. It was rainy most of the week, so we didn't get to try out the kayaks or SUPs. Douglas was a fantastic host! He was super friendly and was very responsive to our requests. ”

“We stayed at Cockleshell Lodge for 10 days in November and had a fabulous time. The lodge is right on the waters edge and we would have paid for the view alone. It is absolutely stunning. There are dog walks straight from the lodge and no need to get the car ut all around the Ballimore Estate and we met the "Lady of the House" who told us some interesting facts about the estate. "room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean."
