“It was an amazing place with stunning views anf serenity. The hosts were amazing, kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this. We would definitely cone back here again”

“Lavender Lodge was a great base for exploring the area. We had lots of useful recommendations of places to visit from our hosts, who made us very welcome. We had a very comfortable stay with our black Labrador. The Lodge was clean and well-equipped with an excellent shower-room. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, who went ‘the extra mile’ for us.”

““Beautiful lodge in a stunning location. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Friendly hosts and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!””

“Bel emplacement au calme doté de tout le confort avec des petites attentions pour le breakfast et une carte de bienvenue. Literie confortable. Propreté au rendez-vous. Point de départ idéal pour rayonner vers Loch Katrine et Balmaha.”

“Was a very beautiful view and big house with stuff all around to do”

“There was a very damp and musty smell in the hall and bathroom. The vegetation surrounding the cabin was overgrown so the outside felt oppressive rather than having a clear view of the Loch as per the advertisement. The wall glazing needs cleaning. The owner kindly supplies a huge amount of logs stored outside. Half of them disappeared during our stay which made us feel insecure as we felt it may be a local resident. ( Not really anyone else passing) Despite all this, the cabin was warm,……

“The owner was no nice and very helpful with everything The view is so nice with quiet areaLovely beach We had a nice stay The birds are so nice to watch ”

“The chalet is a bit tired and there were a few issues with cleanliness. The toaster had crumbs in the tray, oven door needed cleaned, the shower drain was full of hair so the water didn't drain away very quickly. The outside table was dirty. It was needing a deep clean.Only one hand towel for a weekDirections to heat shower water were not clear. Hover didn't work very well.”

“The property was excellent for our stay during the Argyll Rally. Lis was a helpful host and I would have no hesitation in booking again.”

“Absolutely fabulous location with stunning views. Unfortunately a cabin in need of an overhaul, especially regarding cleaning. Cob webs and stained and moldy textiles. A few fresh air valves would make a huge different for the cottage too. Really unfortunate on a great setting!”

“Everything, from location to accommodation was perfect. The place where we will come back again and again. Perfect place to have a proper rest from town noises. More than happy that we chose to stay here.”

“Magnifique”

“Nice but windows and decking were not clean”
