"Emily and Kelly Keeford both amazing members of staff that worked in the Radius restaurant. They made our experience exceptional and they were very knowledgeable. Rooms very beautiful and clean! A few negatives were that the reception lady very rude. Hard to get hold of reception especially on the phone from an external line. I also couldn’t get a response through email either. I’ve already been and stayed for a few days an still haven’t had a response. Hopefully reception get some more friendly staff as I had this issue last time I stayed and it was sad to see it hasn’t changed! "

"House was in an excellent location, 3 min walk from Rainbow Park and 5 min walk to the inlet beach. Shops around the corner. Clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and 1 bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe upstairs. You do need to bring your own linen, towells and tea towells. Kitchen with everything. There is a tumble dryer but a clothes horse and a few more pegs on the line would be welcome! The estate agents and hosts were friendly to deal with and responded to our queries in a pleasant and timely manner. I loved the house and would stay again! "

"Our second time staying here. We love it. We feel at home. Love that location. Don't have to worry about fighting for a car park. Such an easy walk to the shops. Love the washer and dryer in the house. So handy. Beds are comfy. This place has everything you need. Look forward to returning. "
