Outstanding location and property

The house was perfect and very close to town, which made everything super convenient. The layout was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio was a great place to enjoy the pleasant evenings.

Great spot in Invermere

My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Great location walking distance to town, wonderful views with a great patio/fire pit, fully stocked kitchen and lots of space for all of us (6 adults, 4 kids). We would definitely come again.

Spacious Place with an Awesome Deck to View the Lake

We were in Invermere for a golf weekend and stayed at this property. Everything was identical to the pictures and the house was very spacious. The location is great within walking distance to grocery stores, pubs and downtown Invermere.

Beautiful home.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The view just cannot be beat, and the house is very clean and has everything that we need. The beds are comfortable, the showers are super nice, the communication was good and it’s a short walk into town. I would recommend this to anyone.

Seniors autumn golf trip

Four couples stayed in this excellent property as repeat customers. Property is ideal for four couples. Property is well stocked with everything to cover all needs. Spend a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Close proximity to our golf courses and grocery shopping. We will certainly be booking again.

Great Home

**Excellent Location and Stunning Views!** This vacation home is perfect for a family getaway. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything Invermere has to offer. The home is impeccably clean, with a well-appointed kitchen that has everything you need. It is meticulously maintained, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable with luxuriously soft linens. This was our fourth stay, and we will definitely be back. A well-deserved **10 out of 10!**

Fully Loaded Vacation Home

From the 5 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms with ensuites to everything you would need in the kitchen this house had it all. 2 great decks for sun or shade at any time of the day. Close to downtown and the Stolen Church Ice cream and Coffee shop and a short distance from both beaches. Lots of games and entertainment downstairs for a rainy day. Truly an excellent vacation house.

Winter Wonderland

Exceptional stay at the Berry Patch. Perfect for winter vacation with extended family. Gorgeous view, plenty of space for family of all ages and well stocked. Very well upkept and in a quiet family oriented area. Appreciated the garage for indoor parking during winter. Games room area was perfect for teens to hang out in, with foosball table. Walking distance to town and even the shuttle to Panorama if needed. Looked well stocked for summer activities too. Highly recommend!

Perfect for family trip, great location!

House and property were all as advertised. Beautiful view of the mountains and lake from the well equipped deck. Multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and up and down living areas in the house provided lots of space for our group of 7. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook full meals. Short 5min walk to the Main Street in town. We will look to book again if we return to Invermere in the future.

Excellent stay at The Berry Patch

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at The Berry Patch. It felt like home, with everything you could possibly want or need from the moment you walked in the door. The location was perfect; it was close to everything and had an amazing view of the lake from the deck. We travelled with six adults and two children and we all had ample space to do things together or retreat to our own little corners when needed. The host was very responsive when we had a question (which were few) and the property was just as advertised. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Outstanding property

The Berry Patch in Invermere is a charming property, conveniently located, clean, comfortable, quiet, roomy and fully appointed. Invermere offers unlimited, and quality, access to Nordic and Alpine skiing, fat-tire cycling, and skating. We will be planning a return trip to the Berry Patch for a summer vacation.

Quality Group Trip, Amazing Stay

The Berry Patch was a beautiful and comfortable stay for our group of 4 couples in Invermere for a friends wedding. First, the location is perfect. A five minute walk into downtown, with a peaceful view over the lake. Second, the home has ample space for eight adults to be comfortable (with room to spare). We all found space for a group movie night and shared meals together around the island and table. The open concept was perfect for catching up with old friends. Lastly, the back patio and view were absolute highlights of our stay in Invermere. We were lucky to have a warm autumn day to recover from the wedding we attended, almost fully spent on the patio- sunbathing, having snacks, napping.

Beautiful Home

We had 10 ladies on our annual golf weekend. We decided to go to Invermere this year. Jolene was a great host who responded to my questions promptly. Lots of space to sleep. So nice to have 4 bathrooms. We all were able to sit together inside and outside. The outdoor fire table was a perfect touch for the evening. Such a comfortable beautiful home.
