  • The Berry Patch is a fully renovated Executive home, located on the bluff overlooking Lake Windermere, BC and only 5 minute walk to Downtown Invermere on the Lake.

    Executive home, completely renovated and fully equipped. Sleeps up to 10 people very comfortably. NEW Air Conditioning installed within home.

    Fully equipped Kitchen: ALL NEW APPLIANCES. Garburator, Dishwasher, filter water from Fridge. Breakfast bar. Dining Table when fully extended can comfortably seat 10 people

    5 Bedrooms + Den. 2 Master Suites with King Beds, wall mounted TV’s and Ensuites. 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds. 1 Bedroom with a Double/Twin bunk bed. Den set up with desk and printer. Duvets on all Beds.

    4 Bathrooms with HEATED Floors. Includes Towels and Blow Dryers. 3 include Shower, Toilet and Sink. 1 includes Shower, Deep Soaker Tub, Toilet and Sink. All Bathrooms include new cabinets with under lighting to provide night light for easy night time use.

    Wifi, Stereo System, Alarm clocks in each room with USB connections for iPhones and iPads

    Living Room includes: 50” TV, DVD/CD, wood burning fireplace, open concept for large gatherings

    Family / Games Room includes: 60” TV, DVD/CD, Foosball, Beverage Fridge. Microwave, 30+ games / puzzles and sitting room. Walk-out to large back yard.

    Laundry room with Washer / Dryer. Iron available.

    Large Deck overlooking stunning viewings, BBQ with side burner.

Great spot in Invermere

My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Great location walking distance to town, wonderful views with a great patio/fire pit, fully stocked kitchen and lots of space for all of us (6 adults, 4 kids). We would definitely come again.
