Welcome to your perfect mountain oasis at Lake Windermere Pointe! 🏔
Located in the heart of Invermere, this spacious 2 bedroom + den, and 2 bath is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to be your next vacation spot.
Steps away from James Chabot Provincial Park, you can enjoy the beach, playground, walking paths, and of course skating in the winter. Located right across the street is a free shuttle bus to Panorama Ski Hill.
The space
Come enjoy this bright, spacious, condo located at Lake Windermere Pointe only steps away from James Chabot Provincial Park & Beach and many other amenities. This condo comes equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. Guests will have everything they need to make this vacation rental feel like home.
Unlimited highspeed Wi-Fi is included. Sign in to your favourite streaming services via the TV's online access and binge at your leisure. Please note there is no cable package with the TV.

Prior to your arrival we will send you step by step check-in instructions.
Kitchen/Dining Area:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances. This includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans and baking sheets along with all cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishware.
The dining room can accommodate seating for six. Additionally, there is seating for four at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for those grab and go mornings or to accommodate additional friends and family if you are hosting company.
Living Area:
The living room is furnished with two sofas and a chair and a flat screen TV with streaming availability. Please note there is no cable package with the TV.
Patio:
The large private balcony is furnished with a full patio set and propane BBQ. Enjoy this outdoor extension of your living space while grilling your favourites on the warm Invermere evenings.
Master Bedroom and Ensuite:
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size mattress with all pillows, linens and a duvet. A walk-thru closet with hangers and shelving leads to the full 4-piece ensuite.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the unit and has a queen bed and all pillows, linens and duvet. The closet with hangers and shelving is also available for your use during your stay.
Guest Bathroom:
The guest bathroom is a full, 4-piece bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
Laundry:
A washer and dryer are located off the front entry complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your stay.
Parking:
One heated, secured underground parking stall just steps away from the elevator is included with your reservation with access to be communicated prior to check in. There is also limited outdoor guest parking located on the property and free street parking adjacent to the property.
Pool, Hot tub, and Gym:
Guests will have access to the outdoor amenities on the property. Lake Windermere Pointe offers a seasonal pool and hot tub (no lifeguard on duty). Year round, an exercise facility and an additional hot tub is available for guests.
Guest access
An access code to the condo will be provided within 48 hours of your arrival. (and I am happy to accommodate for international travelers who may require it earlier due to lack of internet access). Your code will be valid for the duration of your stay from check in time through to 11am on the day you check out.
I am happy to try and accommodate to your travel plans for early arrivals and late departures (when no other guests are booked prior to your arrival or after your departure).
Guests will have additional access to the gym facilities and a pool and hot tub from 10am – 10pm daily. The pool and hot tub are seasonal and are in operation from May – September (dependent on weather). A second hot tub is operational year-round. Entrance to these facilities is via the access card provided and guests must adhere to all rules of use.
Guest access to the parkade will be available upon check in as the garage opener is located inside the unit.
Please note the garage opener and access cards need to be left in the unit upon checking out. If lost or removed, replacement of any of these items is at a cost $100 each.
