「Celebrated my 60th Birthday and had family from Inverness into the hotel for a meal on the evening of my birthday and the food was tasty and well presented. Having stayed twice before the breakfast was at its normal high standard and all the staff are very pleasant. 」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「酒店不論是地理位置、員工、早餐、淋浴設備及床鋪都很好。 惟房間隔音太差，我經常在房間都會聽到隔壁房間在講話，隔壁孩子在跳來跳去的聲音也很清楚。有人在走廊上走動，樓上房間的人在走動我也聽得一清二楚的。 但整體而言，這酒店除了比較吵這個問題外，還算舒適。」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「The Royal Highlander Hotel is a quaint , enchanting , old style hotel. It has a beautiful staircase that I absolutely loved and a large lounge in the lobby that is comfortable. It also has a serviceable elevator from the ground floor and reception. So the stairs are just a grand show piece. Staff are very friendly.
